Job Description

All IT operations across the operating companies in UAE and Oman are handled by a team of 4 people based in the Dubai office. The primary purpose of the Network Administrator is to provide support and manage the Cisco/IBM/Fortinet infrastructure environment. The role holder will support and implement network interface applications. The role holder must ensure all supporting application and the network uptime is 99.99%. The role holder must ensure that all the allocated applications are working as designed. The key challenge of this role will be to work closely with other application analyst & technical team to fulfil cross functional business requirements

Key interactions will be Internal Users at all levels.

Deliverables of the role (Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities)

Responsible for the design, engineering, installation and maintenance of one or several of the following (VLAN & WAN, VOIP Networks, Security Appliances, and Wireless Networks). Manage/configure Fortinet UTM installation. Install and support PALO ALTO network Manage F5 WAF Manage Cisco UCCX systems and Cisco Contact Center Install, support and configure Cisco routers and switches as well as all necessary security Applications. Provide ongoing network/system maintenance, including updates and security patches Monitor, evaluate and solve potential network performance issues. Manage Cisco infrastructure related and all other Network requests and problems. Evaluate new network technology and assist with the planning and design of future network architecture. Windows Administration with knowledge on System center 2012 Install, configure, and maintain personal computers Anticipate communication and networking problems and implement preventive measures Develop and conduct various training and instruction for system users on operating systems, desktop applications and communication software and hardware Ensure backups are taken and test disaster recovery plans Creation of new users and assigning security rights in AD and network devices. Skills required for the position

B Engineering in Computer Science , 5 7 years experience MCSE 2012, MSCA 2012 ,CCNP(voice),CCIE certified. Should have experience in design, engineering, installation and maintenance of one or several of the following (VLAN & WAN, VOIP Networks, Security Appliances, and Wireless Networks). Should have knowledge to manage/configure Fortinet UTM installation. Experience in supporting PALO ALTO network Experience in managing F5 WAF Hands on experience in Cisco UCCX systems and Cisco Contact Center Should be able to Install, support and configure Cisco routers and switches as well as all necessary security Applications. Provide ongoing network/system maintenance, including updates and security patches using SCCM Monitor, evaluate and solve potential network performance issues. Manage Cisco infrastructure related and all other Network requests and problems. Job Duties and Tasks for: Purchasing Executive
Obtain quotations from suppliers for requisitioned materials on timely basis.
Clarify unclear items with suppliers and requisition teams and recommending alternatives if needed.
Negotiate to obtain the best possible terms like price, deliver and payment conditions.
Prepare purchase orders.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment of the order.
Resolve any issues arising therein.
Quickly develop working knowledge of relevant products, suppliers and industry norms.
Coordinate with inventory teams and sales counters to ensure smooth availability of materials.
Inspect inventory sites to update and resolve any issues related to the supply chain.
Confer with staff, users, and vendors to discuss unacceptable goods and do corrective action.
Ensure that relevant information is given to sales and inventory about products including legal, safety and municipal regulations.
Work exp: preferably from maintenance company (MEP) or building material company

Job Description

Engineering Diploma or Degree holder in Mechanical or ITI Certificate in Mechanical engineering .
Any certificate from plastic technology from CIPET or similar institution will be an added advantage.
Skill Set: Good in logical aptitude and dynamic in nature.
Good communication skill in English or Hindi. Spoken Arabic skill will be an added advantage
Proactive approach with good leadership skills.
Flexible and ready to do long hour duties with minimum monitoring.
Experience: Diploma holders should have a minimum of 3 years experience in extrusion machine operation in PVC and HDPE pipe production line OR
ITI Certificate holders need to have a minimum of 5 years experience in which 3 years need to be PVC and HDPE pipe production line OR
+2 candidate should have 7 years experience extrusion machine operation in which 3 years need to be PVC & HDPE pipe production line from a reputed pipe manufacturing company.
Roles & Responsibilities: Executing Job as per the instruction and specification mentioned in the job order.
Set, Monitor and maintain all standard requirement for machine operation for better quality production.
Make sure the availability of adequate raw material for production as per job order and proactively coordinate with the concerned person to confirm the same.
On time monitoring of the quality of production and immediate actions if any discrepancy in quality.
Proper and periodic maintenance of machines and monitor and execute housekeeping procedure to keep the machine and workspace neat and tidy.
Follow the instruction of the production manager time to time.
