Key Responsibilities:

• Management of team space, including moves and reconfiguration

 Develop new and revised training program ideas, documents and recommendations.

 Design, write, and revise materials including leaders' guides, development guides, workbooks and handouts.

 Coordinate the translation of training materials using outside vendors when necessary.

 Direct stand up instruction (one-on-one, or group sessions) of menu and ingredient information, systems/tools, service standards and procedures. (E.g. Hospitality, Server Training, Lead Training and Orientation).

 Support General Managers with Manager, Chef and Lead Trainer goal setting and assist in creating a game plan for goal attainment.

 Evaluate, monitor and supervise staff performance levels and provide coaching and recommendations to Chefs and Managers regarding staff performance reviews and evaluations.
